Rakhim Mirzayev joined Synergy Capital Corp. LLP from Ernst & Young LLP where until recently he has been Senior Manager responsible for tax structuring, planning, risk management and dispute resolution. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom.

Rakhim has extensive experience in dealing with complex structures and investments, both domestically and internationally. More recently his focus has been on effective structuring of high value corporate / personal assets as well as resolving tax disputes and advising on tax risks for multinational clients. Rakhim has worked in New York and spent a period of time working with the UK Tax Authorities assisting in the development of anti-abuse policies. Given Rakhim’s broad experience of dealing with wide ranging issues and a spectrum of clients ranging from High Net Worth Individuals to FTSE 100 multinational organizations, he is able to offer a comprehensive service to our clients.

Rakhim is a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland; an Affiliate Member of Chartered Management Institute; an Associate Member of The Tax Institute in Australia and a Graduate with First Class Honors in Economics and Business with Eastern European Studies from University College London. Rakhim speaks fluent English and Russian.
