BL Bajaj, has over 20 years of advisory and operational experience across a number of industries in India, including automotive, chemicals, utilities, textile, IT and investment banking.

In 2003 he co-founded Dynamic Orbits Consultants, a prominent Indian strategy and management consulting firm. Dynamic Orbits focused on advisory services in India as well as assisting Asian companies with opportunities internationally. As a founder of Dynamic Orbits, BL Bajaj has been instrumental in significant domestic mergers and acquisition transactions as well as private equity deals.

Prior to Dynamic Orbits, BL Bajaj was a Director for Business Development at Ciba Specialty Chemicals for many years. BL Bajaj started his career with Tata with subsequent tenure at the Kanoria Chemicals Group.

BL Bajaj has been a Member of several committees of FICCI including the Industry Committee, Finance and Banking Committee, Foreign Trade Committee and was an active member of several chambers of commerce in India. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Fellow Company Secretary and Fellow Member of Indian Management Association. BL Bajaj is a prominent entrepreneur and regularly speaks at industry wide conferences.
