Mihaela is a strategic and analytical finance professional with over 10 years of progressive experience in managing the financial planning and analysis, controlling and performance measurement in various industries mainly specialized in aviation. She has demonstrated ability in strategy development and monitoring, business planning and financial modelling with proven practical performance in developing relevant profitability analysis and tools. She has strong experience in building top-down and bottom-up budgets and forecasts through active partnership with the business and broad qualification to processes and controls automation. 

Mihaela is a Bachelor of Finance from the Economic Studies Academy of Bucharest and a Master in Business Administration from Bucharest National University.
