Om Mandhana has spent over 30 years of his career in the steel industry, primarily focussing on commercial negotiations and supply chain management of over 10 steel mills across Asia, Americas and Europe. He was the global supply chain head at Arcelor Mittal where he was involved in strategic decision making for cost reduction.  Over the years, he has been extensive experience across a variety of jurisdictions: Azerbaijan, China, Democratic Republic of Congo, Germany, India, Indonesia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Norway, Sweden, Turkey, Zambia and Zimbabwe, etc. 

Om holds a CPA, a FCA and a B.Com degree and is a Chartered Accountant. 

Om is a US Citizen living in Chicago with his wife.
